Administrative Litigation Process and Your Rights

Annulment Action
An annulment action can be filed against administrative acts deemed unlawful. The filing deadline is generally 60 days from the notification of the act.
Full Remedy Action
A full remedy action can be filed to compensate for damages caused by administrative acts or actions. This action can be filed together with or separately from the annulment action.
